Whop supports businesses in Ukraine except in Crimea, Sevastopol and the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, which are on its sanctions list.
How this list is made
- Whop. Every inhabited country and territory in ISO 3166, less Whop's sanctioned countries and the two places missing from Whop's payout countries. Whop publishes no list of where a business can be based, so this count is ours.
- Stripe. The 44 countries where Stripe's country list opens self-serve signup. Stripe also lists India and Indonesia as previews by invitation, and Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa through Paystack, a separate account. They don't count as Stripe here.
- Checked October 5, 2026. Lists change, so confirm with Whop before you sign up. Payout methods also depend on the country.
