These terms cover the website at bestwhmcspaymentgateway.com and the Whop Payments for WHMCS module you download from it. Both are provided by G&S DIGITAL SINGLE MEMBER P.C. By using the site or the module, you agree to these terms.
The website
The content on this site is information and opinion, provided as is. My recommendation of Whop is my opinion. Fees, coverage and features change, so confirm them with the provider before you decide.
Links to other sites, such as Whop, WHMCS or the module's documentation, lead to pages I do not control.
The module and its license
The module is free of charge and licensed under the Whop Payments for WHMCS Proprietary License, included as LICENSE.txt in every download. In plain terms:
- You may install, use, back up and modify it for your own personal or business purposes, on as many WHMCS installations as you operate.
- Your employees, hosting providers and contractors may access and modify it on your behalf. They may charge for their services, but may not distribute or sell the module themselves.
- You may not publish, redistribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise supply the module, substantial parts of its code, or modified versions to others without written permission from G&S DIGITAL SINGLE MEMBER P.C.
- Keep the copyright and license notices in your copies. You do not need to publish your changes or show an attribution badge.
- The module is provided "as is," without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows.
If this summary and LICENSE.txt ever differ, LICENSE.txt applies.
Payments and testing
Testing before you take real payments is your responsibility. Test on a Whop Sandbox business first, then check your first live payments in WHMCS.
Your Whop business and the payments it processes are between you and Whop, under Whop's own terms.
Support
Support comes from me directly, by email or Telegram. Support for modified versions of the module is at my discretion. The contact page has the details.
Trademarks and independence
WHMCS and Whop are trademarks of their respective owners. This site and the module are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WHMCS or WebPros. I'm a Whop partner, but Whop does not operate this site.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
