The module bills in 77 invoice currencies: 68 as soon as you connect Whop, and 9 more, such as JPY and KRW, once you turn on whole-unit currencies. Each invoice is charged in its own currency, for the exact amount.

Whole units: Whop collects these in whole units only, so the payable balance must be a whole number, and WHMCS refunds the full remaining payment only. Turn on Enable whole-unit currencies in the Whop Payments settings.

Currencies the module doesn't accept

These codes are not accepted as a WHMCS invoice currency.

  • HUF, Hungarian forintNot supported: WHMCS's native overpayment credit came out wrong in testing.
  • APE, BHD, BTC, ETH, GHS, JOD, KWD, OMR, TND, USDT, WHOP_USD, XAURejected by the tested Whop account; not accepted by the module.

Bulgaria adopted the euro on January 1, 2026. The module still accepts BGN invoices.

Good to know

  • No conversion. Whop charges the invoice's own currency, for exactly the WHMCS amount.
  • Payment methods follow the currency. Whop shows each customer only the methods that fit their country, amount and currency, and crypto works on USD invoices only.
  • Whole-unit currencies refund in full only. WHMCS refunds the full remaining payment; partial refunds are not available in them.
