This policy covers the website at bestwhmcspaymentgateway.com, operated by G&S DIGITAL SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (opens in a new tab). In short, the site collects as little as a website can.
What the site does not use
- No cookies. The site sets none.
- No analytics or tracking scripts, and no advertising.
- No accounts or forms. Downloading the module needs no email address.
- No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Every page loads its files from this domain only.
Hosting by Cloudflare
Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers every page, download and video. Like any web host, it processes the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, your browser's user agent and the address you asked for, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.
Download and video logs
Download requests and video plays are recorded in request logs. A small program on Cloudflare, a Cloudflare Worker, serves each module download and each video from storage on Cloudflare, so those requests appear in the same logs, with the technical details above.
Ordinary page views do not run this program, so they do not appear in these logs. I use the logs only to keep downloads and videos working and to investigate problems. Cloudflare keeps them for a short period under its own policy.
When you contact me
If you message me, I receive what you send: your name or handle, your email address or account, and your message. I use it only to answer you, and I keep the conversation for as long as that takes.
Telegram, LinkedIn and my email provider handle those messages under their own privacy policies.
Your data under the GDPR
Who is responsible. G&S DIGITAL SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (opens in a new tab), a company registered in Greece, is the controller for this website. Contact: whmcs@gandsdigital.com.
What is processed, and why:
- Requests to the site. The technical details of each request, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Downloads and video plays. The same details, in the Worker's logs, used only to keep downloads and videos working and to investigate problems. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Messages you send. Your name or handle, your contact address and your message, used only to reply. Legal basis: taking the steps you ask for, and my legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
How long it is kept. Cloudflare keeps request logs for a short period under its own policy, which I don't control. Messages are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your request.
What doesn't happen. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no profiling and no automated decision-making. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.
Transfers outside Europe. Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and runs a global network, so request data may be processed outside the EEA. Cloudflare protects these transfers under its Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format where that right applies, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email whmcs@gandsdigital.com and I reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or to the authority where you live.
The module
This policy covers the website, not the module. Whop Payments for WHMCS runs on your own server and sends nothing to this site. It talks to Whop, which handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I update this page and the date at the top.
